RESALE

Resale is NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Ebay or Etsy. Resale is permitted in-person in your store or at events and/or on your own website.

PAYMENT

We offer several online payment methods, including credit card. Contact us if you prefer to pay by e-transfer or EFT.

SHIPPING
Aflame Creations ships through either Canada Post or select couriers. Other shipping companies may be requested if prepaid by the retailer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping & customs fees.

DELIVERY WINDOW
Please allow at least a one-week turnaround from the time that your order is confirmed. During busier seasons the delivery time may increase, contact us if you have a deadline.

VARIATIONS
Due to the nature of the handmade enameling process, there may be slight variations from the photos.

DAMAGES
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival, and contact Aflame Creations within 72 hours upon receipt of shipment if there are any damages. Please document with detailed photos of product and packaging for insurance purposes. Damaged products can be replaced as soon as possible.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
As a one-person operation, all sales are final on Aflame Creations products. Please contact us with any issues, or if you have a reasonable exchange request.
